My Background & Experience
Hi, I'm Karin, I have a certified master's degree in sports psychology, performance and physical activity. I'm also a member of the Israeli Society of Sport and Performance Psychology which allows me to keep up with the latest research and techniques in the field. I have experience in accompanying athletes and executives whose goal is to improve their mental skills and mindset. I specialize in areas such as performance anxiety, goal setting, guided imagination, relaxation techniques, mental resilience development and more.
What service can I provide? A response to a population that has difficulty dealing with stress, has difficulty functioning in their daily lives and needs support in everything related to mental resilience, reducing anxiety, increasing self-confidence and improving concentration. The tools provided by me are from the world of sports psychology which can be used and adapted to almost any field of life.
The meetings are held in person (one on one), or group meetings, focusing on practical strategies that can be easily applied in everyday life. I worked with athletes from a variety of sports such as judo, volleyball, ballet, ninja, climbing, basketball, fencing, heavy athletics and weightlifting.

Improving performance
Assisting athletes in identifying mental barriers in their performance that may hinder their development. and building personalized strategies that will dare the athlete to overcome these obstacles.
Injury mental rehabilitation
Working with athletes who have suffered an injury, in order to develop coping strategies and maintain a positive mindset during the rehabilitation process, with the aim of the athlete returning to a full routine in an optimal way.
Mental skills training
Individual/group counseling sessions and accompaniment by observations and intervention in the field, designed to improve physical performance by training the brain through the acquisition of tools and mental skills from the world of sports and performance psychology, working with biofeedback, finding your inner balance that will allow you to reach the mental state you want to achieve.
Coaches and parents
My work is done in collaboration with the coaches to understand the athletes' performance in the field and their dynamics at the real moment. Also accompanying and working with parents (whom kids under 18) so that they acquire tools that will allow them to support their child's emotional well-being in sports or in any other field that requires their children to withstand stressful situations.
Workshops and lectures
Workshops and lectures on topics such as dealing with stress, maintaining and creating motivation, teamwork and a positive atmosphere, interpersonal communication, empowerment, parents of child athletes, etc. The purpose of the workshops is to improve mental performance among performers, athletes, coaches and parents.
